"An Atlanta-based rapper named Dolla was brutally shot and killed at the Beverly Center in Los Angeles earlier this afternoon.

Dolla, who was hanging out at the mall with another rapper -- was shot in the head at around 3:10 PM PST, according to the LA Times."

R.I.P Dolla.... I didn't bump too much of Dolla's music, but the music I had heard from him was dope... He was signed to Akon's Konvict Music imprint and the future was looking real bright for the kid. Shame, I heard on the grapevine that he was shot over a girl. SMH.

He was a talented kid. The stupidity has to stop.
