What's up fam!
Well it's been a long, long minute since I last posted on here but what can I say, Life is Life and it takes you where it wants to go!
But that said, my Pott Street family have been very busy and we are currently recording the follow-up to our debut album High North.

Get some of this dope into you.. seriously. No video just yet but the song is ridiculous! It's Cypress Hill, SA & Pott Street all day! Jim Jonsin put together a hell of a beat for this, Pitbull kills it and Marc Anthony is perfection on the hook... oh' yeah, Sen & B-Real smash it as always! This that GOOD Hip Hop music!
Support Cypress Hill and cop the new album Rise Up... it's going to be a hell of an album if this joint is any indication.

Pott Street wins Two Indigenous Music Awards! Thanks for the love N.T!!

What’s up Family!
The night was full of amazing live performances and many deserving artists were presented with IMA's but as long-time contributors to the N.T Hip Hop scene, Pott Street can't help but feel that the biggest winner on the night was N.T Hip Hop with local artists MC Hora and Kaotik Da Kid picking up the "Peoples Choice Song of the Year" Award for their dope song "The Turn Around" in addition to the two IMA's Pott Street picked up.
On behalf of the Pott Street crew I would like to thank the IMA committee, MusicNT, Artback, Radio Larrakia, ABC Radio, TEABBA Radio, 4K1G, NITV, N.T News, all the tireless organisers and fantastic sponsors, our fellow artists and all the great fans, friends and family for making the Indigenous Music Awards 2009 such a special and memorable event. We'll be back next year!

It's been a long minute since I blogged up a storm but I had a good reason, Pott Street has been in the lab hard finishing up our new album High North and I am now glad to finally say it is pretty much done and dusted, in the bag you might say! Fliz is mixing and mastering like a mad-man and we're just starting the promo run so expect to see us performing all over the N.T in the lead up to the release of the album.
